Le Fornacine: a country house that you find nestled among the Tuscany hills, yet only a few kilometers away from Marina di Cecina and Marina di Bibbona beaches. The property is surronded by olive trees and wineyards.
The managers of the property produce olive oil and red wine and these products are at your disposition to taste and, if desired, to purchase. For your holiday stay there are two large apartments available, each with a separate entrance, a double bedroom, lounge/kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony with sea view and are available all year round. The apartments have their own heating and TV satellite.

Prices per apartment, provided with double room, sitting room/kitchenette, balcony, car park, electricity, warm and cold water. The prices are subject to changes without notice until reservation.
Payment terms For weekly stays: 30% at reservation, the balance on arrival. For daily stays: On arrival. We do not accept reservations for stays of a day. The prices are not inclusive of: - Cleaning of the apartment (once compulsory) € 20. - Heating according to consumption (LPG). - Sheets: On demand €15 /change.
- Towels: On demand € 5 per person/change. A caution money of € 100 has to be paid on arrival. Mountain bikes are offered free of charge, therefore we do not accept any complaint or refund request due to a temporary (partial or complete) unavailability of these services. For weekly reservations: Arrival: Saturday 17.00-23.00. Departure: within 10 am. We do not assume any responsibility for baggage left at our office after 10 am.
