AGRITURISMO PANE E VINO
Our estate, an ancient country house, situated on the top of a lovely hill embedded in the quiet countryside (formed by golden cypress-borded cornfields and olive groves) is inhabited by many sorts of farm animals. It is situated a few minutes from the beautiful coast of the Tuscany Archipelago with a wonderful view of the Capraia – Gorgona -and Elba-Islands to name just the most important. Art-and culture-lovers can find famous towns like Pisa, Lucca, Florence or Siena in a very short time.
Sports like riding, golfing, sailing, surfing, diving, clay-pigeon-shooting, archery are all in an easy reach.
On our farm there are nine holiday-flats of different sizes, individually furnished in a country style, some accessible to disable persons. The flats can be booked for one, two, or more weeks. Breakfast, half or full board is available. Pets are welcome of course. Ordering in advance we are glad to serve tasty dishes composed of our own organic products.
The swimming pool and solarium within luxuriant vegetation give you the opportunity for healthy relaxation. Many walking and biking paths give access to the restful Tuscany landscape, gentle hills and refreshing forests.
We also offer you the possibility of learning the fascinating art of weaving in especially equipped rooms.
The marvellous world of weaving is shown and independent working on the hand-loom is learned. With ease and in a very short time it is possible to acquire skill in creating your own patterns and making them by yourself.
The healthy effect of creative activity, especially for town-dwellers, has long been known. The daily lessons (teaching languages are Italian and German, technical terms in English as well) are given during convenient hours in order to leave plenty of time for family activities and having pleasant holiday. Come and try this ancient, but more then even modern Hobby!
HOW FIND US:
Driving on SS.206, at km 17+400 coming from Pisa on the right and at km 17+300 coming from Cecina on the left, you will find a big concrete Egg, 4 meter tall, next to the country restaurant. Following the dirty road toward the gently hills for 1 km, you will meet us.
