Relais "Antico Podere San Francesco" country house, nearby the Wine Road of the Etruscan Coast, is looking forward to having you as guests in its one-room and two-room apartments, furnished with a country Tuscany style where you can relax yourself with a wonderful view over the Tuscany hills of Livorno area, close to the villages of Riparbella, and Santa Luce.
City of arts such as Bolgheri, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena and Florence are just a few kilometres far from the farm holidays. You could also spend a few hours at the beach and the seaside in the along Etruscan Coast.

Holidays like in a farm holidays at Relais "Antico Podere San Francesco"; set in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, about 2 Km. far from the sea and near the most important Tuscany tourist routes (such as Pisa, Firenze, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci).
Our guests may enjoy the typical quiet of the hills, surrounded by three hectares of countryside with olive trees, vineyards and orchards. Otherwise, they may spend days at the seaside or follow the routes of the many art cities nearby.A delightful holiday throughout the year.
THE APARTMENTS
Relais Antico Podere San Francesco is made up of 16 apartments: it has 3 one-room apartments and 13 two-room apartments, set in 3 detached buildings: Casa del Fattore, Casetta delle Rondini and Casetta del Pettirosso.
Each apartment is enriched with timbers, small beams, flat-tiles, a wrought iron bed and a private gazebo where you may spend pleasant and relaxing evenings.
Outdoors there are two barbecues where you may cook tasteful fish and meat.

THE SWIMMING-POOL
Relais "Antico Podere San Francesco" has two swimming-pool immersed in the olive trees. One is for adults (dimensions 10 x 20 m. deep from 60 cm. to 260 cm. with life guard), with a springboard and a hydromassage; the other is for children - with a slide and wonderful waterworks.

It is set in the wonderful Tuscany hills of the province of Livorno. Our farm relais is the right place to keep off the everyday stress and relax yourself.
It is placed in a strategic position, few kilometres far from the sea of the Etruscan Coast in the province of Livorno and near the main Tuscany tourist routes, easy to reach by car in a short distance.
Our farm holidays also offers its guest the chance to organize tourist routes of the main Tuscany cities and small-cruises.
