The farmhouse has not been inhabited for decades and has been in a completely state of neglect. In 2001, it was fully renovated, keeping and valorising the typical features of farmhouse buildings of Tuscany countryside. Your relax will be assured by the large swimming-pool, set in a panoramic position, with a spacious solarium equipped with comfortable deckchairs. A pinaster pinewood and a Mediterranean scrub will guarantee you a vast shady area for a jogging track, walking and resting, with hammocks, benches and tables.
The property is encircled by Tuscany cypresses, oleanders, and plants in bloom.

The farmhouse is made up of 8 independent apartments, three- and two-room type A suite. Since 2004, thanks to the renovation of the ancient hayloft next to the farmhouse, there is a dépendence with 4 new indipendent apartments (two-room type B suite). Each suite provided with every comfort, such as TV via satellite and independent heating.
