The farmhouse, composed from two-roomed, is immersed in the green country of the firm that is extended level for 13 hectares with cereals, sunflowers, sugar beets, olives, vineyards and orchards and vegetables, to about 4 km from the sea, allowing to the customers, during the stay, to enjoy the typical calm of the country and of the sweet surrounding hills, to fish in the lake, to spend days by the sea or cross interesting itineraries in the not distant city of art.
The farmhouse offers the possibility to eat to the open making use of the privates gazebo and of the barbecue and of does amuse the children in the little playgrounds.

Placed to the limit of the firm, the lake offers the possibility to fish, to spend pleasant days to the open air, to relax in the typical quiet of the country, to observe the surrounding environment and to organize pic-nic. The persons that reside in the farmhouse are able reach the lake exploiting the path that crosses the firm, observing cultivation types and the surrounding country.
