The residence is situated in a prime position in the middle of a private property of 40 hectares, surrounded by fields of sunflowers, olive trees and wheat ensuring our guests have the maximum benefit of the typical Tuscan countryside.
There are 14 apartments divided into 3 buldings, all of which have been completely restored, set in spacious gardens with 2 large swimming pools and patio areas, 8 barbecues, childrens playarea, volleyball and football. We offer our vistors the chance to explore the property with a number of walks, bicycles are included in the price, covered parking.

The Agriresidence Le Pescine is in the province of Livorno in Tuscany. In the heart of the Etruscan coast, about 3 km far from the sea and near the most important Tuscany tourist routes (Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Bolgheri, Volterra).

We provide our guests with free internet access in the office, staff are on hand everyday, during office hours, to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Locally produced wine and olive oils are available to purchase, during your stay you will have the oppurtunity of sample these products. Laundry and a coffee making facilities are available on site.
The coastline is full of large empty beaches, bathing establishments, cliffs, discos, bars and other palces for enjoyable passing your time on holiday. Nearby there are centres for sailing, windsurfing, diving, horse-ride and tennis.
