The 4-Star Hotel Fattoria Belvedere is situated on the top of a hill at Casino di Terra, in the southern part of the Province of Pisa, bordering with the Province of Livorno, in central Tuscany.
From the hotel, surrounded by approximately 5 ha land, our guests can enjoy a marvellous view over the typical hills of the landscape in Tuscany. It is the ideal place for excursions or combining a holiday of relaxation between the sea and the hills. In fact, from Fattoria Belvedere it is possible to reach the near Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa or the beautiful beaches of the so called Costa degli Etruschi.

The most important towns of historical and cultural interest like Lucca, Florence and Siena can be reached within about one hour by car.
Hotel Fattoria Belvedere is made up of 3 antique Tuscan farmhouses called Il Mulino, (engl. the mill) the main building entirely made of stone with the reception, the restaurants and some rooms; Il Vecchio Frantoio (engl. the old oil mill), also completely built in stone with rooms only and the building near the swimming pool called Il Granaio (engl. the barn) with fitness room, sauna and rooms.
There are 87 rooms disposable, consisting of double rooms, twin bedrooms and practical family rooms with further beds on the gallery. The room furnishings are in the typical Tuscan country style with furniture of chestnut wood, wooden beams, terracotta floors and as fittings typical Tuscan materials. The rooms are furnished with all mod cons like air condition, direct telephone, fridge-bar, satellite TV and safe. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Some of the rooms have their own outside space or small balcony with table and chairs. Furthermore there are rooms for disabled people.

Hotel Fattoria Belvedere is the ideal place for those who love doing sport. During rainy days or the winter, guests can enjoy the fitness centre, the sauna or the tennis court. Our panorama pool of 300 sq.m. with the adjacent pool for children, offers an enchanting view over the Cecina Valley and the Colline Volterrane (hills around Volterra) and moments of complete relaxation.
At the hotel it is possible to rent mountain- and touring bikes with which one can discover the nature and characteristic places nearby. On purpose we’ve created maps with various itineraries for our guests, thus they can use them during their excursions on foot, by bike or on horseback, discovering in a very intensive way the nature we know from postcards: small roads winding up a hill, hills with single cypresses, isolated farmhouses, characteristic towns...

Those who love horses can take part in trips on horseback, organized by Fattoria Belvedere. Beginners can do riding lessons. During your holiday at Fattoria Belvedere you don’t need to renounce your horse; it is possible to bring it with you and we will accommodate your horse in our stables or on the outside farm grounds.
Children can feel free, playing around the pool, on the playground, table tennis, football or going by bike. In Italy, especially in Tuscany, of course there won’t be lack of a good cuisine! The morning starts with a rich breakfast buffet: coffee, cappuccino, crispy rolls, jam, sliced sausages, cheese, fresh eggs… For lunch, our guests can eat à la carte at the restaurant, under the portico or on the panorama terrace. In the evening, we serve a vast buffet with national and international dishes, naturally accompanied by selected wines. Furthermore we offer a delicious pizza, cooked in the stone oven.
During the whole year, we offer various recreational activities like wine tasting and cooking courses, whereas in autumn it is possible to take part in the olive harvesting, combined with a cooking course or, in spring it is possible to make a pottery course.
Hotel Fattoria Belvedere can organize your perfect wedding party, reception or any other kind of festivity. For your business meetings, we have a well equipped congress room that offers space for 30 to 200 people.
