On the first floor there are 6 rooms with private bath, that also have the preciosity of stone and brickwork and are furnished according to the style of "Tuscan plain art".
In the rooms, very well-lighted and equipped with double window, there are a double bed and two single bed, which are situated in a stone garret with a wooden-beam ceiling.
The out-building is composed by 6 apartments, all equipped with an habitable kitchen.
Among these, 4 are composed by two rooms for four persons ( a double bed + a divan bed in the living-room) and 2 have one room for two/three persons( a divan bed + an additional bed).
Each apartment has independent entrance and a private garden equipped with a large sunshade and table and chairs for outside.
The two buildings are equipped with air-conditioning system and every room/apartment is provided with safe box and cable TV.

The swimming-pool, with a rectangular shape, measures 10m by 20m and from a depth of 1,40m reaches 3m.
Breakfast includes a bountiful buffet of fresh products.
For dinner guests will enjoy the traditional old tuscan cuisine, with genuine wines producted in our area.
A special care is taken choosing as row materials biological products, especially in horticulture, fruit-growing and oil and meat production.
The bar service is available for customers also in the swimming-pool.
The area offers many choices to make sport and spend time outdoor: walks in the green surroundings; bicycles for hire are available for flat routes or to go uphill; it is possible take class or private horse-riding lessons among beaches and pine forests.
In summer you can book one/two days long cruises to the Islands of Tuscan Arcipelago, while it is always possible to get to Elba Island on one's own or with a group tour.
In October/November it is possible to take part in olives harvesting, following the manufacture till the final product.

Exit Vada from the motor-way A12 Genova/Rosignano.
Then turn left to SS1 Variante Aurelia, exit Vada.
Continue in the direction of Cecina for 1km, the second cross-road on the left is Via Tronto where you can find us at number 6.
The motor-way and the superhighway are 1,5 km far from our structure and the Salaiola Road, which gets to Volterra-San Gimignano, is less than 1km far from us.
We are also 5 km far from Cecina Train Station and 50km far from Pisa International Airport.
