The “TINA Cottages” Holiday Flats are a in a brand new complex consisting of three terraced houses with five flats per floor. The cottages are 200 m away from the Hotel Residence Stella del Mare, 200 m from the pinewood and 400 m from the beach.
Tina cottages are located in the small village of Mazzanta, between Vada and Cecina, in the centre of the Etruscan Coast – definitely one of the most charming areas in Tuscany.

All flats are equipped with air conditioning and washing machine. The flats on the ground floor have a 30-50 sq.m garden; those on the first floor have the staircase in common and verandas equipped with table and chairs. All flats have a parking place.

Reception with info point and free Internet point, meeting room, restaurant-pizzeria, bar,a new and big swimming pool (25 x 6,5 meters with idromassages and a cave with idromassages and warm water), children pool (6,5 x 6,5 meters), solarium equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, playground for children, beach-volley pitch, launderette, Miniclub and entertainment during the summer.
